The Nalanda Teacher's Training College is situated in Biharsharif(Deep nager)—Rajgir Highway, the District headquarter of Nalanda. It is well connected by different mode of transport by train and road.The college is situated at a distance of 80 Km from State capital Patna and the around 5 Km from famous ruins of Nalanda. The bringing up of Nalanda Teacher'sTraining College, Biharsharif was conceived by visionary, leaders as well asachievers Shri Deonanadan Prasad Sinha, Senior Advocate(Founder President) And Dr. Shailendra Kumar, M.Sc.(Zoology), L.L.B., Ph.D., F.Z.S.I.
