Shri. Late Dr. Shailendra Kumar is the founder secretary of this institution.He was himself a Professor, philanthropist and social worker. A Ph.D. holder, post-graduate in zoology and a law graduate, the young, dynamic and enthusiastic Dr. Kumar has dedicated his entire life for social service right from his college days. He was highly passionate towards educating the poor and therefore with his hard work and dedication he has established this renowned institution for the welfare of the society.
